Support the Executive Office through execution of duties and responsibilities as outlined below and as required by the General Manager
Ensure that Executive Office administrative requirements are maintained to a high standard so as to ensure continued good reputation of the hotel
It is the responsibility of the individual to represent the Executive Offices at all times through professional manner of behavior, dress and speech.
Evaluate and initiate timeous selection of seasonal VIP guest amenities from key existing and prospective suppliers.
Managing supplier relations to ensure consistent supply of VIP and other guest amenities
Manage VIP guest program through evaluation/analysis of Daily revenue reports, star competitive set reports and communication of VIP amenity / recognition to key HOD's
Assume complete responsibility for Hotel’s children’s program
Ensure effective management of Front of House areas to ensure compliance with set hotel standards
Initiate and conduct room inspections for all VIP guests ensuring compliance with Hotel and Leading Hotels standards
Assist in execution Food and Beverage seasonal menu rotations and implementation of marketing initiatives
Provide support the General Manager and Director of Operations administratively. This may require coordinating and working with other departments to ensure that tasks are seen through.
Assist in ensuring that the Hotel’s Green Team remains invigorated and the mission is upheld, communicated and enforced throughout the organization as a member of the Team.
Perform any other reasonable duties as required and directed by Executive Management.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
College degree required. Prior hotel and administrative experience required, preferably at a senior level.
Must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must have good knowledge of English, ability to both speak and write clearly in said language. Must have an excellent, calm professional telephone voice. Must be able to listen or read instructions, memos, correspondences and messages. Must have ability to write memos, correspondences and messages.
Must have basic number knowledge, ability to add divide, subtract and multiply basic two digit numbers. Must be able to understand American weight, volume and distance measurements.
Ability to carry out detailed instructions both written and oral, using common sense. Ability to deal with problems in a calm professional manner required.
Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch as needed to fulfill the job requirements.
