The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support of the Human Resources Department in all functional areas of human resources including benefit administration, employee recognition, employment process, human resources audits, and filing system.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor degree and one year of human resources experience preferred or, a combination of two-year college coursework and two years of experience in human resources field.
Bi-lingual fluency a plus.
Must have basic mathematical skills such as the ability to add/subtract and multiply.
Must have excellent oral/written communication skills. Ability to handle employee and management requests in a calm and professional manner.
Ability to sit and use a computer for long periods of time. Able to lift 10-20 lbs.
